Printing Envelopes from Word

Activating the Envelope command in Word 5.1

Check to see if the command Create Envelope is there under the Tools menu in the Word 5.1. If it is not, do the following:

Select the Commands command from the Tools menu
Scroll down the upper-left window and find and select Create Envelope
Click on the Add button to add the command to the Tools menu

This should add the command to your Tools menu.

Creating Envelopes

Select Create Envelope from the Tools menu
Type in the address and return address as shown in the picture above
Click Print
Select the oreintation as shown in the dialog box below and click OK
Select Envelope Feeder from the dialog box that follows (as shown below) and click on the Print button.

Creating your address book

Select Create Envelope from the Tools menu
In the dialog box that follows click on Addresses.... as shown below
In the dialog box that follows, click on the New Address and enter the information as shown in the picture below.
Click OK
You may select one of the entries from the address book at any later time as the one you want to print
